By using any BadgerSoft web part or visiting this website, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please discontinue use.
Our Products
BadgerSoft develops SharePoint Framework (SPFx) web parts for Microsoft 365. These web parts run entirely within your Microsoft 365 tenant.
License & Purchase
BadgerSoft web parts are licensed on a per-tenant basis through a yearly subscription. Purchases are processed via LemonSqueezy, our payment provider. Your purchase is also subject to the LemonSqueezy Terms of Service.
After purchase you receive a license key by email. To activate your license, you sign in with your Microsoft account on our activation page and link the key to your Microsoft 365 tenant.
Permitted Use
You may use our web parts within your own Microsoft 365 tenant for internal business purposes. You may not redistribute, resell, reverse-engineer, or sublicense the web parts.
Trial & Unlicensed Use
Our web parts are fully functional without a license to allow evaluation. A notification popup will appear in the property panel to remind you that a valid license is required. Continued use beyond evaluation purposes requires the purchase of a license.
Intellectual Property
All BadgerSoft web parts, including their code, design, and documentation, are the intellectual property of BadgerSoft. All rights not explicitly granted are reserved.
Disclaimer
Our web parts are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. BadgerSoft does not warrant that the web parts will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, BadgerSoft shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of data or profits, arising out of the use of our web parts.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of our web parts after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Netherlands. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be submitted to the competent court in the Netherlands.
