BadgerSoft ("we", "us", "our") develops Essential Intranet Web Parts for Microsoft 365 — a collection of SharePoint Framework (SPFx) web parts. This privacy policy applies to all BadgerSoft web parts and this website.

How Our Web Parts Handle Data
Our SPFx web parts run entirely within your Microsoft 365 tenant. This means:
- All data stays within your SharePoint environment
- BadgerSoft does not have access to your SharePoint data
- No cookies are placed by the web parts
License Activation
When you activate a license, the following data is sent to BadgerSoft:
- Your Microsoft 365 tenant ID
- Your license key
- Contact details you provide during activation
This data is used solely to validate your license and provide support. It is not shared with third parties, except our payment provider LemonSqueezy for order processing.
Support Requests
If you contact us via email for support, we process your name and email address solely for the purpose of handling your request. This data is not used for any other purpose.
